Grand Commissioning of Kaitai Valve (Group)'s New Intelligent Production Workshop

We have invested heavily in building a benchmark-level production base, introducing a series of industry-leading equipment including vertical lathes, CNC milling machines, high-end CNC machining centers and automatic assembly lines. Equipped with automatic robot workstations and a complete physical and chemical analysis experimental system, it realizes fully unmanned and high-precision processing of valves throughout the whole process. The new workshop not only greatly expands production capacity, but also comprehensively upgrades product quality with micron-level processing accuracy and full-link quality traceability, providing more efficient and reliable valve products and services for global customers.
