No Perfect, But Buetter

On December 5-6, Kaitai group held a team development training with the theme of "No Perfect, But Buetter" in the development base of original town of Moganshan.

The first round was opened by "Da Vinci Code". This project demonstrates the process of employees from different departments and positions to complete a complex task. The project is composed of four teams, which tests the leadership of a team leader and the execution of the team. During the expansion of the activity, when encountering a surge of uncertain factors such as competition rules and environmental changes in multiple rounds of competition, the teams immediately gathered to quickly formulate action plans and change their thinking to meet the difficulties.

The second round of "the power of breathing" tests the team's cohesion and communication. In this training, each team will get a drawing of the ventilator, but only two people can see how to describe the contents of the drawing to other team members, so that other team members can understand the contents of the drawing, set up the ventilator, and test the communication ability within the team. The Enlightenment of the whole project: 1. Experience the conflicts between different communication modes and different levels of communication; 2. Establish a good work habit process; 3. Cultivate a positive attitude and a high sense of responsibility; 4. Cultivate a high degree of consistent execution; 5. Experience the force of teamwork.

The happy, active and passionate two-day outward bound training has come to an end in cheers, sweat and thinking. But this is the beginning, which indicates that Kaitai people will be better themselves, believe in themselves and believe in the team with a new look and attitude.
